**Fishing Schedule: ** Morning to evening sessions along different parts of the river (both shallow “fairways” and deep pools). Guidance by experienced guides from Naamisuvanto or other professionals by invitation. You will learn techniques such as 45° drifting, stripping and flight selection. You're fishing for Atlantic salmon, including a chance for trout, pike, graysalmon or wallepers.
**Technology & Equipment: ** Use of two-handed salmon rods (13—16 ft, class 9—11), with changing zinc/flotation lines depending on the season. Heavy sinklines early in the season, later switching to powertrains. Popular patterns include: Green Highlander, Red Butt, The Usual. The guides provide all the equipment: boats, rods, lines, boots — and often boat cameras for spectacular captures.
