Get in shape for the coming season
1. Skill-Specific Training
- Swimming:
- Open-water swimming practice (if applicable).
- Technique improvement sessions (e.g., stroke mechanics, breathing techniques).
- Pool-based drills for endurance and speed.
- Cycling:
- Group rides of varying distances and intensities.
- Hill climbing and descending practice.
- Bike handling skills, including transitions and cornering.
- Running:
- Interval and tempo runs for speed and stamina.
- Brick sessions (bike-to-run transitions).
- Form analysis and improvement.
2. Transition Training
- Practicing quick transitions (T1 and T2).
- Setting up and organizing a transition area efficiently.
3. Endurance Training
- Long-distance sessions for swimming, cycling, and running.
- Combination sessions to simulate race conditions.
4. Workshops and Seminars
- Nutrition for training and race day.
- Injury prevention and recovery strategies.

Bring your own TT or MTB bike as well as your tri-gear, because that is what you will be racing on this upcoming season. We can take the natural or the more professional approach with a trainingplan within TrainingPeaks. Therefore you will need to bring a smartwatch, heartrate-sensor, bikecomputer and preferably an optional cadencemeter as well as power meter pedals.
